Jewish Changemakers is a dynamic leadership development program designed for Jewish young adults aged 20–25 who are passionate about making a difference in their communities and beyond.

Powered by the Jewish Federations of North America, this six-week virtual fellowship equips participants with the tools, network, and inspiration to lead with purpose — personally, professionally, and Jewishly.

What Is the Jewish Changemakers Fellowship?

The Changemakers Fellowship is a six-week online experience that brings together Jewish young adults from across North America. Participants engage in:

  • Interactive virtual sessions with Jewish leaders, creatives, and professionals
  • Small group cohort discussions led by trained coaches
  • Independent learning modules and applied leadership activities
  • Networking opportunities with over 2,500 alumni and professionals

The program is designed to be flexible, requiring a time commitment of three to five hours per week, making it accessible for students, interns, and early-career professionals.
